MUST HAVE:
- Excellent written communication skills - the vast majority of our communication is by email/ticket system with higher education clients and exceptional written communication is required.
- Experience with G-Suite and Salesforce.
About the role:
Client is a small operations group that collaborates with several other teams to get customers live with merchant processing. They also support them after going live so the job duties can range from entering merchant values from the processor in our payment gateway to troubleshooting credit card and payment processing issues within the TouchNet software. They use a CRM for handling customer communications and a variety of internal communication tools to resolve customer issues quickly and efficiently. A great candidate will be comfortable chatting with other representatives, sending emails to customers, and doing some minor troubleshooting within our various application softwares.
Day to Day:
- Will be Working within the merchant operations team
- Adding new merchants to getaway, to follow up with merchants, minor troubleshooting after merchant is online.
- They use variety of systems, internal software, G-Suite and Salesforce
- This is a customer service role - all the communication is done through email
Qualifications:
- Min 5-7 years of experience is needed
- Need college degree to match the experience
- Experience dealing with credit card merchant processing is great to have
- Must have excellent grammar and written skills
- Related industry experience is a plus
- Experience with G-Suite and Salesforce (Preferred).
